Employee: "Hello, how can I help you?"

Customer: "I would like to order a cake for a going-away party this week."

Employee: "What do you want written on the cake?"

Customer: "'Best Wishes Suzanne' and underneath that 'We will miss you'."

Employee: "OK."

That is painful, and reminds me of some of the GUIs that I've seen Engineers create.
